Yes, on a full charge, the battery typically lasts all day with normal park use.

Your scooter will be fully charged when delivered or picked up.
For multi-day rentals, we recommend charging it overnight. A full charge takes 12 hours.

If your battery gets low or dies, call us at 714-883-8761, and we can swap your scooter for a fully-charged one either at our store (D&R Mobility, in front of the Grand Legacy hotel) or at the Disneyland entrance.

🚚 Pickup/Delivery & Drop-off

You can choose what’s easiest for you:

  • Hotel delivery:
    Free delivery to hotels within 10 miles of Disneyland
    (delivered the night before or morning of your reservation)
  • Store pickup:
    D&R Mobility
    1650 S Harbor Blvd #A, Anaheim, CA 92802
    (across from Disneyland, in front of the Grand Legacy hotel)

We offer 24-hour drop-off.
Leave the scooter or stroller in the Grand Legacy hotel parking lot behind our store.
Then drop off the key at the Grand Legacy front desk next door.

Parking is first come, first served and requires a fee.
You can call 714-772-5900 to confirm availability and pricing.

💳 Booking & Policies

We require full payment at the time of booking to reserve your scooter/stroller for your selected date and time.

If you cancel more than 24 hours before your delivery date and time, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged for one day of the rental.
