🔄 Returns & Drop-Offs

If you chose store pickup, return it to our D&R Mobility store across the street from Disneyland.

If you chose hotel delivery, bring it back to the same hotel where it was delivered.

For the Meet and Greet hotels, the customer must call us 30 minutes before to schedule both pickup and delivery.

We are open daily from 7 AM to 9 PM.

Return during store hours (7 AM – 9 PM)
Bring your scooter or stroller back to our store (D&R Mobility).

Returning after hours
We offer 24-hour drop-off.
Leave the scooter or stroller in the Grand Legacy hotel parking lot behind our store.
Then drop off the key at the Grand Legacy front desk next door.

Returns after 7am on the following day will be charged for an additional day.

You can drop off the scooter/stroller in the Grand Legacy hotel parking lot, located behind our store.

For scooter drop-offs: After returning, please leave the key with the Grand Legacy front desk (right next to our store).

Yes. Please return the charger with the scooter, and place it in the back pouch behind the seat whenever you’re not charging it.

If the charger is not returned, a replacement fee may apply.

🔋 Battery (for Mobility Scooters)

Yes, on a full charge overnight, the battery typically lasts all day with normal park use.

Battery life may vary based on usage, rider weight, and terrain. There should only be 1 rider at a time.

If you have any issues with your battery while out, call 714-883-8761 right away, and we’ll take care of you. We can swap your scooter with a fully charged one either at our store (D&R Mobility, in front of Grand Legacy hotel) or right outside the Disneyland entrance.

If the battery life turns yellow (meaning low battery), call 714-883-8761 right away, and we’ll take care of you.

Each scooter comes with a charger that works with a standard outlet. You can find the charger in the back pouch behind the seat.

For multi-day rentals, we recommend charging overnight to ensure a full battery for the next day.

Whenever you’re not charging, please place the charger back in the back pouch behind the seat. Do NOT leave it at your hotel.

📦 Pickup & Delivery

If you selected delivery, your scooter will be delivered to your hotel the night before or the morning of your reservation.

For the Meet and Greet hotels, the customer must call us 30 minutes before to schedule both pickup and delivery.

It will be at the front desk, bell desk, or designated drop-off area.
If you don’t see it, check with the hotel first. If you still can’t find it, call 714-883-8761.

(across from Disneyland, in front of the Grand Legacy hotel)

Hours: 7 AM – 9 PM

If you want to pickup before 7am, you can pickup the scooter at the Grand Legacy parking lot behind our store. We have 24-hour pickup and drop-off.

If you just need to pickup or drop-off your scooter/stroller, you can park for up to 15 minutes courtesy of the Grand Legacy hotel.

For on-site daily parking, you can park at the Grand Legacy hotel for $40/day, subject to availability (first come first serve). You can call (714) 772-0440 to confirm parking availability.

The next closest daily parking is at the The Anaheim Hotel at 1700 S. Harbor Blvd. Anaheim, CA.  You can call the Anaheim Hotel at 714-772-5900 to confirm the fee and parking availability.

Yes, our mobility scooters are valuable piece of equipment and have air tags in them, so we can easily locate them if they get lost.
